Protection And Daily Clean Down
Floors and furnishings are protected and the working area is swept at the end of every day, so you can live in the house while the work goes on.
Agreed Working Hours
Start and finish times are agreed with you before work begins, and we keep to them. Nobody arrives on site outside those hours without your say so.
One Point Of Contact
You have one named contact for the whole project. The same person from the first visit to handover, so you are never passed between people.
Welfare And Waste Agreed First
Site facilities and skip placement are agreed with you before work starts. It is a small detail that causes more disruption than anything else when it is left unplanned.
Secure Every Evening
Scaffolding is checked, openings covered, tools stored and the property secured before the team leaves. Every day, without exception.
Full Snagging And Handover
We inspect the completed work with you, record every outstanding item and finish the list before handover. The job is not closed until you are satisfied it is.

Moving Costs More

Most people call because the house has stopped working, and the first instinct is to move. Before you do, add up what moving actually costs. Not the new mortgage, the money that disappears in the process and buys you nothing.
Money You Never See Again When You Move

We come out, look at the space, and price it from what is actually there. No figure over the phone, because a price given before anyone has seen your drains or your head height is a guess that gets revised later.
Usually six to ten weeks out, sometimes sooner if a job finishes early. We would rather give you a real date than promise next week and arrive in March.
Yes. A ten percent deposit secures your slot in the programme and covers the materials we order ahead of the start date. The balance is then paid in stages tied to real milestones, so you pay for groundworks once the groundworks are in the ground. We never ask for the full amount up front.
Fully insured, and structural work is signed off by building control. If something is wrong we come back and fix it, which is the entire reason to use a local builder rather than someone who works two counties away.
